I am teaching two one-day classes on Perennial Vegetables!

For the class we will tour the garden, talk about a plethora of interesting perennial vegetables, including how to source, grow, propagate, harvest, and prepare them. The April class will focus on leafy vegetables, and the November class will focus on root vegetables. We will prepare dishes featuring the perennial vegetables and you’ll go home with many recipe ideas.
